Minnesota - Home Sweet Home
"A man travels the world over in search of what he needs and returns home to find

It's been a little over 7 years now since I moved away from Minneapolis and it will still always be home for me. My time away has actually made me appreciate the city much more than when I lived there. Being able to come back every few months and notice the growth and sheer vibrance that the city has now compared to my time there.
Exploring new places and connecting with individuals I never had the chance to before has brought the city I knew and grew up in into a completely different light to me.
This latest trip home was one of my favorites. The weather was abnormally warm, which, if you've ever been anywhere in the midwest from late November-April, you know it can be unbearably cold. This time was different though, with highs in the 30's and even 40's it was a great time to get out and explore the beautiful state.
My first day out I decided to meet up with a few locals and venture around the city of Stillwater. We ended up checking out a giant train bridge and some cabins that weren't in season.
The next day I chose to head up to the North Shore in hopes of catching some of the wild weather that happens so often up there. The skies were sunny and the water was some what calm on Lake Superior so that was a bit of a bummer but being that it was warm (by midwest standards) it made it bearable to be out shooting and even hike a little bit.
